Directly report to: Sales Manager (currently General Director)
Salary: USD 1200 – USD 1500 plus competitive commission scheme.
Responsibilities
The position ensures a high volume of customer interactions, encompassing prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals; customer service, and account management. The Senior Sales person will be responsible for developing the company’s freight forwarding in the market and winning logistics businesses
a) Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, and networking to create new sales revenue.
b) Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
c) Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
d) Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their demands and concerns.
e) Provide support, information, and guidance for clients
f) Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the company’s freight transportation services.
g) Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
h) Represent the company in negotiating and building relationships with shippers and carriers.
j) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
k) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
l) Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
o) Follow up and monitor customer outstanding payments.
m) Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for the market

f) Time management and ability to multitask; able to schedule their daily activities, including customer visits, in an optimal manner.
Knowledge
a) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
b) At least 5 years experiences in Forwarding Industry
