2. JOB INFORMATION

Career level: Manager, Phase 3+

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Work location: District 3, HCMC, Vietnam

Directly report to: Managing Director

Salary: Dependent on candidate’s qualifications.

Job Overview: The ideal candidate would be the one who is passionate about logistics, with excellent communication skills. Candidates are expected to fulfill tasks given by Managing Director, analyze and plan to penetrate potential markets, build up and lead sales team, build relationship with customers.

Responsibilities 

a) Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy as announced by the organization and to measure/monitor the success of such, communicate company policy to sales team

b) Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental

c) Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department

d) Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly

e) Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries

f) Promote sales of ocean freight, air freight, consolidation, customs clearance and domestic logistics service

g) Increase awareness of company and capability in local market.

h) Monthly Report to Managing Director

Requirements

b) Ability to manage, arrange work reasonably, and work under pressure

Skills            

a) Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively

b) Communication English (oral & written)

c) Proficient in MS office

d) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge                   

a) Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Logistics, Business Management or equivalent

b) At least 1 years experience in the similar position

c) Market Intelligence and product knowledge in International Freight Forwarding
