Job Overview: The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through B2B channels. He/She will execute customer research and analyze competitor’s data and execute marketing plans.

Responsibilities

Part I: Sales

* Prepare appointments with clients and potential clients for the General Director using a client database provided by the company:

a) Clients are spas, beauty salons and aesthetic clinics.

b) If there is no decision maker (i.e. business owner etc) contact in the database, then the candidate has to do research to obtain the right contact person.

* Accompany the General Director to visit clients and potential clients:

a) Provide interpretation and translation from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.

b) Knowledge of Skin Care vocabulary will be helpful and used during this time so the candidate must be able to interpret accurately.

c) Support the General Director to take minutes of meeting and action items from each visit.

* Assist the General Director in follow-up on client visits example, prepare and submit product quotations or documents to clients.

* Submit daily sales report on follow-up activities with clients and weekly to-do list for the General Director.

Part 2: Social Media Marketing

a) Develop content for social media posts in Facebook and website for marketing company products. Frequency will be determined by the General Director.

b) Create website updates.

c) Any other activities required by the management.

b) Good design skills and/or copywriting skills in Vietnamese

c) Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)

e) Willing to travel if necessary

Knowledge

a) Bachelor’s degree in English or Marketing or International Relations advantageous.

b) More than one year of work experience in sales or social media or interpretation/translation preferred but fresh university graduates are still welcome to apply

c) Proven social media savvy and minimal knowledge of using Photoshop/Canva
