2. JOB INFORMATION

Career level: Professional, Phase 3

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Work location: Bangkok, Thailand

Directly report to: Business Director

Salary: Based on candidate’s qualifications.

Responsibilities     

This position is responsible for the brand building and marketing of flooring products in Thailand market.
a) Represent the company and promote actively company’s products in Thailand and Indo China market.
b) Support the company appointed distributors closely and guide dealers in sales process and closing sales. When needful, appoint new distributors strategically.
c) Be actively involved in specifying company’s products for new projects through Direct End users, Project Management Companies, Architects, Interior Design community and Interior Contractors.
d) Achieve Monthly Sales Quota.
e) Report weekly on key project events.

Requirements

Attributes

a) Candidate must be an active “Hunter”, able to work independently and sales driven.
b) A proactive person with practical experience and a drive to accomplish targets.

Skills             

a) Proficient command of English and Thai
b) Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
c) Strong project management and solution integration skills
d) Good MS Office skills

Knowledge   

a) Candidate should ideally have close to 10 years’ experience or more, within
the Built Environment industry in Thailand market.
b) Candidate with experience in the flooring industry would have an added
advantage.
c) Candidate must be well connected within the Project Management
Companies, Architect, and Interior Design community
