2. JOB INFORMATION

Work location: District 3, HCMC, Vietnam

Directly report to: Sale Manager

Salary: Dependent on candidate’s qualifications.

Job Overview: The ideal candidate would be the one who is passionate about logistics, with excellent communication skills and desire to develop career in logistics field. Candidates are expected to fulfill KPIs and other tasks given by Sales Manager.

Responsibilities                          

a) Developing and maintaining the export/import business, the customer will mainly in Vietnam

b) Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries

c) Providing the quotation to the clients

d) Performing all aspects of sales process and input/output the relevant information in the system

e) Solving the problem for the clients

f) Following up the statement of the clients, the payment schedule and cross-checking with Finance Dept. for the payment

Requirements

c) Ability to manage, arrange work reasonably, and work under pressure

Skills            

a) Proficient command of English (both written and verbal)

b) Strong MS Office skills

c) Ability to devise solutions to complex problems

Knowledge                  

a) Knowledge of International & Domestics Logistics; Freight Forwarding; NVOCC; Shipping

b) Experienced in Sales and have experience in SEA FREIGHT, AIR FREIGHT, LOGISTICS Industry is advantage
