💡 Payroll Services:

The Client will be the Employer of Record. We hold an initial, introductory "kick-off" communication meeting to explain the implementation plan with associated timelines; obtain payroll and other related requirements from Client; collect details required by us to set up payroll; create a new template to reflect Client’s payroll rules for submission to the Client’s bank.

💡 Employer of Record (EoR) Services:

- We will be the Employer of Record. We hold an initial, introductory "kick-off" communication meeting to explain the implementation plan with associated timelines; obtain payroll and other related requirements from Clients; collect details required by us to set up payroll; create a new template to reflect Client’s payroll rules.

- We are acting like your internal HR Department and support Client as well as their employees in terms of HR matters.
