JOB INFORMATION

Work location: Ben Cat, Binh Duong (shuttle bus)

Directly report to: General Manager

Salary: Based on candidate’s qualifications.

Job overview:   

  1. Keep track of Sales Performance.
  2. Design and implement Sales Plan yearly/monthly.
  3. Compile and analysis monthly sales report.
  4. Managing team and instruction work to staffs.
  5. Acknowledge the company rules in a positive direction and coordinate directly related departments to complete the work.
  6. Join and assist with the Director to improve and build work processes at company and clients.

Responsibilities:              

  1. MANAGING SALES TEAM PERFORMANCE:
  • Managing all sales team performance - including forecasting, budgeting, and generating strong revenue, margin, and profit growth for the market in line with our strategic and annual plans.
  • Managing sales team to achieve sales targets of the company.
  • Support and guide sales team about skills, Standard of procedures.
  • Training to enhance sales skills and product’s techical.
  1. RESEARCHING TO EXPAND CUSTOMER LIST, MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
  • Be involved in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated activities for catching potential new customers’ attention.Acquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations.
  • Identify new markets and market changes  information, fully aware of new products and competitive status.
  • Actively plan to visit and approach customers regularly, update market situation, prices, market trends, change of competitors, and carry out domestic to build and Promote relationships with customers to achieve set goals.
  1. Compile and analysis yearly sales plan.
  2. Compile and analysis monthly sales report.
  3. Responsible for all sales activities of the company.

Other tasks:      

  1. Maintain and improve communication and assistance in between departments.
  2. Improve knowledge and procedure.
  3. Other ad-hoc task assigned by BOD.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Skills                    

  1. Proficient command of English.
  2. Leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.

Knowledge        

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales-marketing, Technical, Gas & oil or Equivalent field.
  2. Candidate should ideally have at least 5 years’ experience or more, in the Industrial gas/Chemical industry within about 2-3 years at management level.  
  3. Candidate with experience in heavy industrial field and well connect to steel mills, shipyards, hospitals, and companies from a wide range of industries including semiconductors, electronic, food and beverage processing, cold storage and paper manufacturing is a plus.
