Job overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for the success of the company’s FMCG sales department and will launch our range of healthy snacks in Vietnam. And would help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. And will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully acquiring sales accounts
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding customer needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify customers, emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Conduct frequent visits on the stores we are present in, and identify good placement and build relationship with store managers.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- At least 4 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in manager level.
- Good connections in modern trade channels, B2B sectors, and online stores.
- Strong understanding in sales of the industry and market, especially in FMCG field, preferably with products like granola, peanut butter, and pea-based items.
- Experience in building and developing teams.
