2. JOB INFORMATION

Work location: Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City

Salary: Open & Negotiation

Job Overview: The role holder is responsible for all market development and all sales aspects of company for ASEAN region.

Responsibilities     

a) Building business strategy, product development, customer relationship.

b) Planning and developing market strategies for cashew products, green beans, corn, pepper, rice...,

c) Synthesize information, analyze market trends, information about competitors and make judgments to advise the Board of Directors in making business strategies and adjusting sales policies.

d) Periodically collect and analyze industry information, market needs, market orientation, positioning, product positioning to satisfy market demand.

e) Plan and execute new customer development plan.

f) Responsible for collecting and managing customer information to serve the assessment and rating of customers, in order to build a suitable introductory profile for each customer group.

g) Capable of exploiting the company's customer data, building effective sales and outreach strategies.

h) In charge of controlling and promoting company-level sales contracts according to the Company's regulations (capable of communicating with foreign customers in English).

i) Executing external communication activities with Marketing department.

j) Participate in planning and organizing exhibitions, fairs, online and offline product promotion events.

k) Perform other relevant and appropriate work contents at the request of superiors.

Knowledge  

a) A bachelor’s degree majoring in International Business or equivalent.

b) At least 5 years of working experience, particularly in commercial trade for cashew nuts.

c) Experience in promoting agriculture products for ASEAN region.
