JOB INFORMATION
Job type: Full-time
Work Location: HCM or HN (Homebase for first 6 months – 1 year)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implementation of strategic sales and action plans to expand overall business growth
- Perform product sales introduction and technical presentations to customers
- In charge of creating sales pipeline from lead generation, sales engagement, negotiation to closing.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Maintaining a collaborative and constructive exchange as an integral part of product & marketing team.
- Maintaining and improving leads records in CRM timely and accurately manner.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain regular updates on sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyses of market, company and competitor performance/activities and proactively recommend changes to the company initiatives.
- Any other adhoc job assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines
Knowledge :
- Diploma in Business or related field
- Automation/Precision/Machine vision/Optical technology with 2-3 years’ experience
- Optical Microscope experience preferred
- English skills
