Job Overview: The core purpose of this position is to finish setting up the clinic. If the clinic and staff are set up well and hired with no issues and can open the clinic within an acceptable time frame, the person will be promoted to Clinic Centre Manager.

Responsibilities 

1. Set up the clinic in Vietnam within the required timeframe and high standard (Singapore quality)
2. Work with lawyers and tax consultants to ensure all compliance matters are in order 
3. Ensure staff hired are of high standard and facilities are of good quality
4. Work directly with the Singapore team to run operations in the VN clinic
5. Oversee and manage all operations of the VN clinic to meet Operational targets such as getting the targeted number of patients
6. Work with marketing staff to maintain a strong marketing presence. 
7. Work with nurses and doctors to ensure Singapore quality service.
8. Work with Singapore team to ensure Centre manager's knowledge of operations are latest.
9. Work with the representative office staff for any further projects.
10. Implement and follow the Singapore Clinic's Operational Procedures and maintain the standard.
11. Hit KPIs such as increasing patient targets and no operational downtime and minimal disruption from any crisis. 

REQUIREMENTS

3. Must have initiative and be able to accept that operations may not go smoothly at the start. 

Skills

1. Ability to solve problems fast.
2. Highly self-motivated.
3. Relationship-building ability.

Knowledge

1. Minimum 5 years of experience with operations management, can be a doctor (will need to see patients and lead the clinic team), or can be from an operations manager background.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience working for an MNC or foreign hospital before, so that they are familiar with international working culture.
3. Fluent in English, University Graduate, preferably female.
4. Big bonus if the person has experience setting up or operating a new clinic in the past. Crisis management skills are also a bonus.
