- Job Overview: The core purpose of this position is to connect and build the close networking with the doctor in the clinics and hospital to introduce about International Cancer Specialists’ (ICS) services and reach the potential clients.
Responsibilities
*Refer Patients to International Cancer Specialists in Singapore
As part of the patient referral process, you may need to:
a) Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
b) Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
c) Organise conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
d) Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
e) Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality.
f) Keep detailed records of all contacts.
g) Win new patients, as well as maintain relationships and servicing with existing patients.
h) Meet and, if possible, exceed referral targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve this.
i) Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the Representative Office team or discuss future targets with the Representative Office manager.
j) Keep up to date with the latest clinical information supplied by the ICS, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
k) Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
l) Keep up to date with new developments in the Ministry of Health in Singapore and Vietnam, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly.
m) Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
n) Stay informed about the activities of health services in Ho Chi Minh city.
*Manage the Marketing/ Branding Presence of ICS Singapore
a) Manage and maintain ICS’ Social Media presence in Viet Nam.
b) Manage and work with ICS Singapore and any associates to conduct marketing activities such as Seminars/ Webinars in Viet Nam to create awareness of ICS’ services and facilities in order to assist with getting patients.
3) Assist in managing office matters of Vietnam Rep office
a) Under admin to consolidate accounts for bookkeeping monthly.
b) Assist in managing office supplies, communicating with landlords, vendors.
Requirements

Knowledge
a) Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Finances/ Nursing/ Tourism or related field
b) At least 3 years of working experience and can-do attitude with initiative, someone who is always ready and hungry to learn and grow. ICS is willing to train and mentor.
c) Mandatory experience and/or networks in the private healthcare industry, preferably networks with surgeons or GP polyclinics.
