JOB INFORMATION

Job type: Full-time

Work location: Ben Cat, Binh Duong (shuttle bus)

Directly report to: Operating Manager

Salary: Negotiable.

Job overview:

1. Arrange and management project section.
2. Project schedule and report.
3. Project control.
4. Issue solution and design system as survey and customer.
5. Site supervisor for installation at site.
6. Mark all of document for project: Installation report, Commissioning, Handover…
7. Yearly customer service.

Responsibilities:              

1. Ability to use Autocad - 2D (3D is an advantage) of Cold pressure pipes and calculate cold pipe compression resistance.
2. Have general knowledge of installation and processing techniques for pipes, valves, faucets, and pressure pipes.
3. Monitor work progress of assigned projects and answer questions directly with customers.
4. Prepare a list of work materials, labor and cost estimates for installing gas equipment systems at customers.
5. Determine project goals according to each phase, technical specifications, and schedule.
6. Lead for design drawing, prepare bill of material and cost estimate for gases system.
7. Promote customer network to keep closely contact with customer day by day to make sure continuously supplying and meet their requirement.
8. Other tasks assigned by manager.
9. Monitor project progress and report progress. Monthly project report.
10. Managing project teams and monitoring the performance of the engineering team

Other tasks:      

1. Coordinate with sale team for surveying gas supply system and gas requirement.
2. Install gas supply system to customer. Control all activities for setting up the gases pipeline system as customer’s request.
3. Guide the safety issues in using gas equipment to customer.
4. Do the technical support and period maintain service for customer, solve problem issue of gas using and gas equipment
5. Coordinate with maintain team for all maintenance activities, follow up and make sure the equipment is in good condition and function.

REQUIREMENTS

3. Experience in leading a team.

Skills                    

1. Language: English/ Chinese.
2. Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, Team work, Self-educated, Assignment, Organization, Leadership, Problem solving. 
3. CAD 3D Plant, AutoCAD, Microsoft office.

Knowledge        

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer….
2. Have at least 5 years of experience in same occupation
