Job Overview: The role holder is responsible for all market development and all sales aspects of company for nationwide.
Responsibilities
a) Set up and develop distributors, dealer/retailers’ network and manage sales activities, credit, and placement of products with wholesalers.
b) Understand about commercial part of fertilizer pricing and plan pricing.
c) Manage teams of salesman, coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental.
d) Synthesize information, analyze market trends, information about competitors and make judgments to advise the Board of Directors in making business strategies and adjusting sales policies.
e) Periodically collect and analyze industry information, market needs, market orientation, positioning, product positioning to satisfy market demand.
f) Plan and execute new customer development plan. Capable of exploiting the company's customer data, building effective sales and outreach strategies.
